TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
1) All dates enquired about will be held on a provisional basis for 30 days following the date of enquiry.
2) Confirmation of booking must be received in writing enclosing a deposit of 10% of estimated final total (minimum £10.00) refundable upon receipt of written cancellation up to 30 day before the event .
3) Payment for private functions is expected on or before the day of the event. Payment for business customers by arrangement.
4) If using the food only service all equipment borrowed (including foil platters) must be returned clean and in good condition by the agreed date.
5) All equipment remains the property of Top Nosh Caterers at all times and any lost or broken equipment must be paid for.
6) Orders only accepted on clients signed agreement to our Terms.
