1. All dates enquired about will be held on a provisional basis for 30 days following the date of enquiry.

2. Confirmation of booking must be received in writing enclosing a deposit of 10% of estimated final total (minimum £10.00) returnable upon receipt of written cancellation up to 30 days before event.

3. Payment for private functions is expected on or before the day of the event. Payment for business customers by arrangement.

4. If using the food-only service all equipment borrowed (including foil platters) must be returned clean and in good condition by the agreed date.

5. All equipment remains the property of Top Nosh Caterers Ltd at all times and any lost or broken equipment must be paid for.

6. The agreement slip must be signed and returned with the written confirmation of booking.

7. Top Nosh Caterers Ltd reserve the right to amend menus where necessary.

8. Clients will be responsible for any equipment hired by Top Nosh Caterers Ltd on their behalf including any charges for lost or damaged goods.
